In january 1983, a series of 21 localentrepreneurship seminars held nationwide, a resource notebook that was developed to assist vocational educators andmbdcs, and an implementation guide designed to provide assistance evaluating online courses to individuals wishing to replicate the localentrepreneurship seminars.
